Audi Reveals The New A6 Avant’s Personalization Options

The latest generation of the Audi A6 Avant wagon features sharp-edged headlights and chiseled styling that makes the model look striking on the road. It also adopts several mild-hybrid powertrains to improve the wagon’s efficiency. There’s also a high-tech interior with available screens spanning the whole dashboard.
For the 2025 Milan Design Week, Audi is using the posh event to show off the customization choices for the wagon. The company offers it in several new colors. The result is a very stylish way to carry the family. The presentation coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Audi Exclusive personalization program.

Colorful Choices

There’s an A6 Avant on display in Milan with many of the new customization choices. The cabin has seats in Baikal Blue and Neodymium Gold, with contrasting stitching in the same cerulean shade as the upholstery. There are also bits of Vanadium trim.

“Combined with the intense hue of Baikal Blue, the interior takes on a particularly elegant appearance. In bright light, the blue appears vibrant and radiant, but in subdued light it takes on a soothing, almost mystical depth. »

The latest A6 Avant offers 11 exterior colors, including the new shade, Midnight Green. The company also has a set of 21-inch wheels in a mix of black metallic, matt Neodymium Gold, and burnished silver. The cabin is also available in 11 hues, including the fresh choices:

Visitors to Milan Design Week can also check out Audi’s “Material Bar.” It shows off the various customization choices, such as the available exterior colors, upholstery swatches, and examples of the trim pieces. There are also exhibits there highlighting the A6 Avant’s aerodynamics and high-tech headlights.

The Latest A6 Avant

Unfortunately, the new A6 Avant isn’t coming to the United States. However, Audi confirms the sedan version debuts for the U.S. later this year. We would expect many of the finishes on display on the wagon in Milan would be available on the four-door for America.
The wagon features a svelte body with a drag coefficient of just 0.25, which is the lowest ever for a combustion-powered Avant model. It also offers an adaptive air suspension and four-wheel steering. Inside, an adjustable panoramic glass roof can switch between transparent and tinted appearances.
The new A6 Avant also has some drivetrain tweaks. The 362-horsepower 3.0 TFSI six‑cylinder and 201-horsepower 2.0 TDI four-cylinder engines now benefit from mild hybrid assistance. In low-speed traffic, the system can power the car without using the combustion powerplant. Plus, the progressive power assist has a more direct response.

The latest A6 Avant already looks great, and these finishes make it even better. While the wagon isn’t coming to the U.S., every photo of the wagon makes us more excited about the sedan version. The four-door should appear similar to the long-roof variant but possibly with a sleeker tail. Inside, the dashboard-wide screens and dimmable glass roof make the vehicle appear thoroughly modern. We can’t wait to see the sedan in the real world.
